RETURN POLICY
Please note that due to the nature of our products, strict compliance with our Return Policy is mandatory.
Xenex Labs does not accept the return of or issue credit for expired products or products that are regulated under the pharmacy act, for example, Schedule I, Schedule II, Schedule III, Schedule IV.
When submitting a claim for credit/return, please ensure your report includes the invoice number the product was received on and the reason for the return authorization request. A Return Authorization Number MUST be obtained from our Returns Department prior to returning all products. All boxes returned to Xenex Labs must display this number CLEARLY on the out side of the box(es). Xenex Labs will finalize the credit upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, where applicable.
All errors in shipment, short shipments and damaged goods claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order. Returns will only be accepted if requested within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. All return claims MUST be pre-authorized and are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipped back to Xenex with freight prepaid.
